Top Fitness Gym has been designed to be a welcoming and motivating space, providing a range of high quality gym equipment and services for people of all ages and fitness levels.
The centre features matted flooring throughout and professional grade indoor and outdoor running tracks - perfect for sprinting or performing circuits. The gym is equipped with cardio, free weights, weight machines, olympic weights, boxing bags and power sleds. Other facilities include power-lifting stations, boxing ring and separate area for Yoga/Pilates/Martial Arts/Stretching.
Top Fitness operates regular Jiu Jitsu classes along with Wrestling, Boxing and other Martial Arts activities.
With plenty space, the ability to play your own music and a great atmosphere, going to the gym won't feel like a chore.
